&lt;p&gt;Hello Michel, I am glad you enjoyed this IF and diet soda article. I think it is good to provide the pros and cons of a topic, especially when you have such a gray area. There is no clear and robust evidence for either side, so I don&#039;t want to encourage or discourage something strongly. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also believe that when you are trying to live a healthier life, it is better to cut off artificial substances completely. However, I also know that saying it is one thing, and being able to put it into practice is another. I advocate for small steps to achieve goals and maintenance better than significant, drastic changes.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
