I also don&#039;t believe that sparkling water has enough in it to cause any effects to affect the fasting process. So, if it can help keep you hydrated during your fasting period and help you stick to intermittent fasting, I am a fan of it. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Black coffee is good for those who enjoy it because you are right that it does help prevent appetite.
