I am glad you enjoyed the article on free fasting apps, as I truly believe they help with success in Intermittent Fasting. Unfortunately, the app I have loved for years has been recently discontinued by its creators as I wrote this article. I have been looking for an app that could replace it, making writing this article especially timely. I am currently trying out Simple, and I like it so far.

This is a fantastic overview of how technology can enhance intermittent fasting! I love how you break down the benefits of using apps to create structure, track progress, and stay motivated. The detailed descriptions of different apps like Zero and their features are incredibly helpful. I'm curious, do you have any personal favorites among these apps? Also, have you found that one app tends to be more effective than others for beginners just starting with intermittent fasting? Thank you for sharing these insights!
