    I think it is safe to say listen to your body. My opinion is that if you are trying to live a healthier life, why not cut out all these artificial substances from your diet in the first place and try to live by eating food in its most natural state without all the additives.

      I also believe that when you are trying to live a healthier life, it is better to cut off artificial substances completely. However, I also know that saying it is one thing, and being able to put it into practice is another.
